Norfolk Classes – Starting November 2nd

We wish to welcome you to the start of the first ever Wing Chun class available at The Gym Downtown.

Try your free training on November 2^nd at noon.

This class offers training in authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu under Sifu Gorden Lu’s programs and training methods. Sifu Gorden is the grand nephew of Ip Man and the only direct descendent teaching Wing Chun in the US at Virginia Beach.

The Gym Downtown Wing Chun classes will be directed by one of Sifu Gorden’s trained instructors, Edwin Wells.
