Sifu Gorden Lu is a highly respected Wing Chun master and second generation of the legendary Wing Chun Grandmaster Ip Man. He learned Wing Chun from his father, Sifu Lo Man Kam, who was Ip Man’s nephew and continued his training for over 10 years.
In 1994, seeking to expand his knowledge, Gorden began training under the tutelage of his father’s close friend and kung fu junior brother, Sifu Duncan Leung in Virginia Beach, VA. During his time there, he brought a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to teaching, using his unique style to guide his students.
Gorden follows tradition and remains committed to maintaining the Wing Chun curriculums passed down from his Granduncle Ip Man, while also incorporating modern training methods.
Sifu Gorden’s teaching style is characterized by his talent for helping students grasp the intricacies and complexities of Wing Chun. His approach enables his students to appreciate the subtleties of the art, guiding them to develop their own unique Wing Chun style.
